Georgia Attorney Garland Favorito and Florida retired Attorney Clint Curtis are professional computer scientists, programmers and attorneys who have given testimony in many state legislatures over the past twenty years that the electronic voting machines must be banned because there is no way to identify and stop illegal manipulation of voter’s ballots when they are submitted to these machines for processing and tabulation.
Attorney Favorito started the non-partisan VoterGa.org. He recruited Georgia Democrats, Republicans, and Constitutional Party members to join his organization.
Both Attorney Clint Curtis and Attorney Garland Favorito noted in recent interviews that the Republicans had carried out most of the vote manipulation with the electronic machines from the early 2000s until 2020. And that since 2020, the Democrats have taken the lead in manipulating the vote with these machines.
Garland’s non partisan group’s advocacy has earned the respect of the Georgia legislature resulting in significant election reform legislation since the 2020 election. His legal team won a landmark Georgia Supreme Court case that gave Georgia voters standing in lawsuits for the first time in American legal history.
Attorney Favorito’s legal team’s win in 2022 came two years too late for President Trump given New Mexico Attorney David Clement’s evaluation of more than 400 election fraud cases from the 2020 election. Clements said that “virtually all of them were dismissed on standing. One of the things that people don’t understand about standing is that you never get to the merits”.
Greg Phillips of TruetheVote.com predicted just before the election that Donald Trump would beat Kamala Harris because the Republicans had a new software that made their software equal to the Democrat software. This software allowed improved get-out-the-vote numbers and improved analytics that allowed a more rigorous assessment of voting data.
Pro Se litigants Leah Hoopes and Greg Stenstrom from Delaware County, Pa, have litigated more than 50 lawsuits alleging voter fraud in Pa elections from 2020 through elections in 2024. Recently, they had a defamation case dismissed using the legal principle that “truth is a complete defense”. This resolved defamation suits against co-defendants President Trump and Rudy Giuliani along with a long list of election integrity advocates.
Bill Allen was an effective community organizer working with “Black and Hispanic Community Leaders of Philadelphia” to get out the vote. Republican voter turnout was significantly increased including Black and Hispanic voters in the 2024 Pennsylvania (PA) elections and Democrat turnout was significantly decreased.

He explained, “how Trump managed to win overwhelmingly despite ongoing election fraud, and to ask about the dubious counting of votes in close House and Senate races, whose outcome might cripple Trump’s ability to govern”.
President Trump’s vote was processed by the end of election day yet congressional and senate races took days after election day to be completed. “Can we trust the electronic voting machines that just took 24 more hours to count a senate vote between Baldwin and Hovde that had a fraction of the votes that were processed by the same electronic machines that processed the larger vote for President 24 hours sooner”?
There were voting pattern anomalies down ballot to President Trump’s overwhelming victory that suggest the possibility of voter fraud in the 2024 election in the races for the Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin senate as well as congressional races in several states.
The national and Pennsylvania voter turnout pattern in the mail-in ballots (MIBs) and election-day ballots were similar. There was a significant increase in Republican MIBs and election day turnout. “The key voting pattern according to Attorney Clements was the significant decrease in Democrat turnout in both MIBs and election day turnout”. He opines that the decrease in Democrat turnout made it more difficult for the Democrats to hide their fake ballots.
The voting patterns described in the 2024 down-ballot races for the Senate and congressional seats would be less controversial if the recommendations of Attorney Garland Favorito and retired Attorney Clint Curtis were followed. Use paper ballots only. When the voting is ended on election day, the paper ballots are recorded by video camera. When the vote tabulation by hand is complete, the audit can be compared to the video recording and paper ballots. If electronic voting machines are used, the video recording of the paper ballots is the source for audits, not electronic machine tabulation.
In Maricopa county, Az, voters ask, “why are the votes from local precincts shipped to this one central location and then put in storage and counted so slowly? In most states vote counting at the precinct level has been discontinued. The precinct count is a check against central location counts.
The loss of the precinct check against the central location vote count, is similar to the loss of independent physician expert opinion on government committees that established guidelines for diagnosis and treatment during the Covid pandemic. The evidence for inappropriate guidelines for managing Covid has increased over time since the pandemic has resolved.
Similarly, the NCAA passed regulations that men can compete against women in college sports without independent experts on the committee that established that rule. The scientific evidence does not support the statement that male and female athletes are physiologically equal.
The USA CN editorial board believes that since the introduction of electronic voting machines and the widespread use of MIBs, election fraud has increased in frequency and magnitude. This has persisted because Federal and state legislatures and courts have ignored evidence and expert testimony like that of computer scientists, attorneys, Favorito, and Curtis.
Elected officials did not accept the advice of experts like Favorito and Curtis. Attorney David Clements indicates that the evidence for election fraud in the 2020 presidential election was the strongest evidence of fraud that he has witnessed in his career.
Similarly, the loss of independent expert physician testimony on committees that establish medical guidelines for treatment of diseases has led to mismanagement of medical conditions such as Covid with increased frequency of severe complications and death.
The same pattern of a lack of independent medical expert opinion calling for a ban on men competing against women has allowed this dangerous competition to take away scholarships for women and female success in races. More importantly, it has resulted in serious injury, and eventually, death will result from such injuries.
The consequences of the stolen 2020 election, the cost and consequences of an improperly managed COVID pandemic, and the improper and dangerous practice of allowing men to compete with women in college sports have been accelerated by big business partnerships with big government.
The World Economic Forum and the Chinese Communist Party influence elected officials around the world. A large number of high-level elected officials have been trained by the World Economic Forum early in their careers. The Chinese communist party, through its Belt and Road initiative, has made many countries around the world indebted to them, and, thereby, susceptible to their influence on accepting such policies.
We believe Divine intervention played a role in President Trump’s survival of the two assassination attempts and the massive voter turnout from all walks of life and all political persuasions.
We ask President Trump to deliver the elections, the medical profession, and college sports from the evil that has captured them.
