Stenstrom Update: King’s Bench Petition Filed – The Truth Is Now on Record

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I have just filed an Emergency Petition for King’s Bench Jurisdiction with Carris Kocher, John Proctor Child, and Charles Alexander in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to confront election interference, judicial misconduct, and the systemic suppression of political opposition in the May 2025 Primary.

This legal action is the culmination of months of work across multiple court cases involving ballot access, unconstitutional redistricting, ex parte collusion, and deliberate obstruction of justice by elected judges and partisan officials. I have attached the Petition with some of the Exhibits to this email.

What this means for Pennsylvania—and for the nation:
If granted, this Petition will directly restore ballot access, uphold transparency in our elections, and set a precedent that courts cannot be used as political weapons to silence citizens and rig the democratic process. It gives Pennsylvania voters—regardless of party—a real chance to choose their leaders fairly. And it serves as a model for legal accountability that can be replicated in other states facing similar election abuse.

This is not just about one election — it’s about the survival of our constitutional process.
