CASE UPDATE: Commonwealth Court Filings – Stenstrom & Hoopes v. Boockvar et al (876 CD 2022)
🚨 CASE UPDATE: Commonwealth Court Filings – Stenstrom & Hoopes v. Boockvar et al (876 CD 2022)
Many of you have asked about the status of our case challenging massive election fraud and misconduct by Delaware County and Pennsylvania election officials in the November 2020 presidential election. Despite the procedural games and attempts to dismiss this case without addressing the facts, the case is very much alive.
📄 Today, we filed two critical applications in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court:
- Supplemental Application for Relief and Clarification (Pa. R.A.P. 1701(b)(3)):
This filing demands that the Commonwealth Court formally strike and vacate the trial court opinion that was unlawfully inserted into the docket after our appeal was filed. This was blatant docket tampering, intended to change our case from a tort fraud case into an election case without our consent — a violation of court rules and judicial ethics. - Application to Strike or Vacate the Commonwealth Court Majority Opinion (Pa. R.A.P. 2572(b)):
This filing seeks to vacate the appellate opinion issued by Judge Matthew S. Wolf, which perpetuated the trial court’s docket tampering and mischaracterized our fraud case as an election dispute. The opinion was procedurally defective and rendered without proper jurisdiction.
✅ What this means: As a strict matter of law, the trial court opinion and appellate majority opinion cannot stand. Our filings document procedural violations, judicial misconduct, and fraud on the court — all supported by the Court’s own records and the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure.
We are also preserving this case for further appellate review and potential federal civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and 1986.
🔹 This case is far from over.
The truth is now in the record. The misconduct cannot be buried. The judges and opposing attorneys know this.
This is why we fight – and keep fighting – Pro Se.
Thank you to all who continue to support this effort to expose and hold accountable those who would weaponize our courts and elections.
