Status Update – Emergency Applications Filed with SCOTUS Justices Alito and Thomas (Docket No. 24-430)
Dear Co-Petitioners and Stakeholders,
Brief update on recent filings with the Supreme Court of the United States (Docket No. 24-430). We have done everything possible to ensure the case is heard. It remains critical to not only election integrity but in mitigating continued attacks on President Trump and his incoming administration by recalcitrant, treasonous political appointees in the DOJ, IG, and FBI. Given the level of procedural resistance in fighting and stopping the Writ from being heard, we remain over the target.
- The First Set of Rule 22 and 23 filings were Quashed

- SCOTUS Clerk Harris, Emergency Motions Attorney Meek’s, and Marshal Curley intercepted the filings directed to Justice Alito’s and Thomas’ Chambers, gathered them all up, piled them in disorder, crumpled in a dirty box and sent them back this past Saturday.
- At 5:01pm on Friday, Jan 3rd, a junior clerk named “Angela” called and informed me that the filings had been mailed back, and gave me unexpected info that the 14OCT2024 Motion to Expedite had been put in a paper folder with the Writ of Mandamus and not electronically filed in docket. I pointed out this was a violation of Rules of Federal Procedure, and she stated she could comment no further.
- In a nutshell, the only ones who were allowed by SCOTUS and federal rules to review the Rule 22 and 23 filings were Alito and Thomas themselves. Similarly, the Motion to Expedite was required to be electronically docketed.
- Harris, Meek’s, Curley, et al, have a duty to know this – and comply – but they have gotten away with felony obstruction for so long, that this is rote for them. Documenting their obstruction is critical to future accountability.
- Refiled New Rule 22 Application to Justice Alito (attached):
- Filed today on January 7, 2025, seeking immediate action on the Writ of Mandamus and docketing of the Motion to Expedite (14OCT2024).
- Delivered overnight to Justice Alito’s chambers via UPS and will be hand-delivered by courier Thursday.

- Refiled New Rule 23 Application to Justice Thomas (attached):
- Filed on January 7, 2025, referencing the Rule 22 Application to Justice Alito and seeking individual action on the Writ of Mandamus and related relief.
- Delivered overnight to Justice Thomas’s chambers via UPS and will also be hand-delivered by courier Thursday.

Both applications emphasize the systemic obstruction by Clerk Harris, Attorney Meek, and staff, and the need for immediate judicial oversight and action.
