David Clements is the professor who lost his job and almost his law license for defying the COVID panic and exposing election fraud in 2020. He’s the specialist on how and why the electronic voting systems in place across much of the country are insecure, and easy to hack. He also does legal defense for some of the most unjustly persecuted January 6 defendants. The Stream’s John Zmirak interviewed him to find out how Trump managed to win overwhelmingly despite ongoing election fraud, and to ask about the dubious counting of votes in close House and Senate races, whose outcome might cripple Trump’s ability to govern.

Jamie Raskin, Democrat, according to Tim Burchett interviewed by Dan Ball the day before election day said that if the Democrats win control of the house of representatives, he will not certify President Trumps win.

Attorney David Clements describes the history of mail in ballots (MIB) which includes the fact that Republicans have used that pathway in significant numbers prior to the 2020 election. President Trump did not encourage its use leading up to the 2020 election, but he supported it prior to the 2024 election.

“And so the data did not align with the narrative.”

In 2020 the Democrats planted a seed that early in 2020 up to the election that Democrats prefer to vote early with MIBs, and the Republicans did not which was contrary to the natural history of MIBs.

David Clements research this voting history in his state of New Mexico looking back 30 years. He found that there was no significant difference between Democrat and republican use of MIBs in New Mexico over a 30-year period.

So, the narrative did not “align” with the history of MIB voting.

The next step in 2020 election was to propose that that the MIBs did not have to be counted when they were cast. That it was defendable to count them at the “very end”. The result of this late counting of the MIBs was that “…after the next 10 days of counting votes, what do you know, Biden won…”

Early into the 2024 election period, Trump supported the “too big to rig:” campaign and the Republican voters responded by coming out and voting early using MIBS. And, they did early MIB voting “at a pace that far exceeded what the Democrats were doing in 2020”.

The Democrats did not counter with a get out the vote on election day for Democrats. The result was a dominance “…from Republicans both in early voting and on Election Day and that’s what presented the problem so at this point it wasn’t so much about whether or not the Democrats could use the rigged infrastructure to generate fake ballots their problem was no one would believe it based on the data that was coming in real time…”

Another factor was that Elon Musk bought Twitter, now called X, “…and be created an alternative medium that could not be suppressed that was a huge part of it…”.

Another “narrative busting” event were the endorsements by joe Rogan, RFK, JR, Tulsi Gabbard and Elon Musk. This broad range of Democrat and Independent endorsements for Trump  compared to the Democrat endorsements from celebrities.

Add to these events, the fact that “…300,000…immigrant children have disappeared…” under the Biden-Harris administration. And many advocates for these missing children believe that they are being exploited in the sex trade and in sweat shops.

The “Democrats are the party of human trafficking and Hollywood sex parties”.

These events have been described as throwing “monkey wrenches “into the narrative. And the effect of these “monkey wrenches” is that you reach a point where the election results become “too big to rig”.

David Clements (DC) goes on to say that this interpretation does not mean it’s too big to rig in terms of inserting fake ballots and do all the things that DC explains in the documentary “let my People go”,

“Things” such as data sets defined by polls, voting locations “manned” by volunteers, and rallies.

DC goes on to say that “…we were prepped for this idea that we’re going to be counting ballots10 11 and 12 days after the election day…” But as soon as “…we broke their narrative all of a sudden it wasn’t a problem I mean think about how silly that is preparing us in Maricopa County for two weeks of counting the Mail… and then they cut their loss they cut their losses because we overwhelmed the rig”

DC said these are the reasons why the “rig” was broken.

DC gives a “caveat”.  “…there are many down ballot races that were stolen…”

Former computer scientist, IT programmer, whistleblower and Democrat attorney, Clint Curtis,  describes a simple plan that can stop election fraud.

Attorney Clint Curtis     00:31:44:11       00:32:04:11       You look at it. How big is a precinct? Because that’s where you count. It’s so you don’t need 25 million people to count that precinct. You need 5 or 6, and you’re done. And it’s under camera. So, they can’t cheat because everybody can watch it happen. So, if you look at the video, you’ll see that. So, I’ve been trying to get that on in Dallas.
