Fwd: Activity in Case 2:24-cv-02425-KNS MANCINI et al v. DELAWARE COUNTY, PA, et al USCA Order

Regarding the SCOTUS case, the DOJ has chosen NOT to respond - a very unusual but strategically savvy (in)action. The only reason for not responding with a direct counter response is they have no defense (and they really do not have any defense), and by not responding they are rolling a statistical dice that SCOTUS has only issued a single Extraordinary Writ of Mandamus in the last 100 years, in 1962, and only granted 84 Pro Se actions in the last 79 years (since 1945).  I also have good reason to believe that SCOTUS Clerk Scott S. Harris would not have criminally obstructed the case without some reason to believe he would be provided overwatch, and a get out of jail card free, from a Justice - and he reports to Justice Roberts.  I'll be pushing this to Judge Alito through the 3rd Circuit and through media pressure, and even if they delay it until Trump is seated, it will eventually be heard.
