Cease and Desist
We have noted that BOE personnel have been diving into the expended MIB envelope containers in the Delaware County Wharf Central Counting Center this morning, and recently staged two full racks of brown cardboard boxes in the same area (see screenshots inline below).
We must insist that you cease and desist handling these discoverable documents and public records without personal observation pending the inspection and photographing of the declarations by CC’s, which Director of Elections, James Allen, has agreed to schedule for next week in response to PA OOR appeal response ordering that these public records may be inspected, in full.
Any removal of previously used tape to cover signatures should be done while the Plaintiffs and RTK appellant Stenstrom are present, and can be accomplished during the period of inspection. The appearance alone of the handling, sorting, curating, and removing documents, which have remained largely untouched since additional racks were moved in, is suspect, and named Plaintiffs and RTK Appellant Mr. Stenstrom are reasonably concerned as to the purpose of these actions.
Hence, we must insist that Delaware County BOE leave the expended MIB envelopes as they are, and neither curate, add, remove, or handle these documents until scheduled inspection is completed.
R,
Gregory Stenstrom
