As Kurt predicted the Judge in the Finchem vs. Fontes case in Arizona ruled exactly as Kurt predicted.
Perhaps, it is time for the RNC to listen to Kurt. He advocates for the RNC to create an independent law firm that specializes in election law and is on call when needed.
